Main parts and components such as valve body and valve plate are made from 304 stainless steel with very low air bleeding amount, and drive component which realizes movement of valve body adopts 316L stainless steel welded bellows. Imported fluorine rubber gasket with very low air bleeding amount is used for sealing of valve plate.
