The FF-300 FJ-300/ (w)Turbo pumping station is composed of a compound molecular system, a backing pump, an ultra-high vacuum gauges, vacuum measurement system and stainless steel pipeline, etc. to get High-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum working environments, The pumping speed can reach 300L/S, the vacuum measurement range is 1E-1~1E-5-Pa.
